No need to be home:

• We customize our pickup and delivery arrangements to suit your needs. 
• You MUST provide a covered, protected area for pickup and delivery so that your clothes will remain dry in rain or snow. (Porch, garage, whatever works at your home - it just has to be dry and protected from weather). 
• We cannot provide our service at your home unless you have a 100% repeatable and reliable location for safe/dry pickup and delivery. This is non-negotiable, and we've learned this lesson the hard way. 
• If using our service is important to you, it's imperative that you provide a workable location for pickup and delivery that ensures your clothing will not get wet in rainy, snowy, or windy conditions.

Delivery service requires a valid credit card on file:

• We charge your card on file when your order is complete and ready for delivery (prior to delivery). 
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. No need to write a check. We make it simple and easy for you.
